Section Service operativity The helpdesk services are insured up to 48 hours before the deadline for the submission of offers in the days and times when the Help Desk service is available (from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm), otherwise the intervention cannot be guaranteed in due time.
The Help Desk is not used to provide certifications on the validity or correctness of the operations, on clarifications or aspects concerning the procedures or the tender documentation or in general the electronic procedure.
